Membership Pricing

Membership includes unlimited appointments, access to same / next day visits (Mon-Thurs), weekend phone access (Fri-Sun) directly with Dr. Fausch. Members also enjoy discounted medications, labs, and free procedures.

Lifestyle and integrative medicine, health coaching, nutrition assessments, and many more modern tools are utilized to optimize your care, at no extra cost to you.

Memberships:

Individual (age 0 and up): $125/mo

 Family (2 adults, up to 3 children):  $300/mo; $50 per additional child

Gender Affirming Care: $50/m o

Annual discounts available. $100 one-time registration fee for new members.

Other Services:

Members enjoy DOT physicals, weight and hormone consultations included in their membership.
